Itinerary

<span>Start</span> Set off on a 30 minutes Kayaking trip

After about 30 to 45 minutes of paddling from the departure point, you will approach the Railway Bridge. We will navigate past the bridge, setting our sights on a quaint island. Our short recess will be at the Chithan Thampuran Temple Island.
From there, a 45 to 60-minute paddle to the east will lead us to the lush Mangrove Forest Island. We'll venture into the Mangrove Forest, navigating through petite canals surrounded by mangroves.
After exiting the Mangrove Forest, we'll set our course back. As we pass the Railway Bridge again, we aim for the Black Devil Snail Sandbar, a unique sand flat whose form and size morph due to varying wind, tide, and current conditions. This spot is perfect for a break, or even a swim. However, for safety, please refrain from approaching the Spillway Regulator, which drains water from the lake to the sea.
A 25 to 30-minute paddle from here will bring us back to Syzygy, marking the end of our journey.
Before you head back to your hotel or home, feel free to freshen up or change your clothes.
